Nearly conclusive: Oraquick is very good, but not perfect; it misses a f. If health is good after several years, that's good evidence you don't have HIV. IF the "risk event" was not uprotected sex with a known infected person, the chance you are infected is extremely low. Along with negative Oraquick, you can be very certain. But for a truly conclusive lab test, have a lab based antigen-antibody ("duo") test.
