Exam necessary: An exam with a more complete history is needed to properly diagnose & treat this lesion. It could be an infection or a precancerous or cancerous growth. Please go to a primary care physicians clinic as soon as possible. A biopsy & referral to a Dermatologist may than be needed. The sooner you are properly diagnosed & treated the better. I wish you well with your health!
