Yes, it's safe: Metronidazole has few if any important interactions with other drugs. Sometimes it causes nausea, and other drugs that do so could raise the risk. But usually no problems. There are easy to use online drug interaction checkers, where you can enter any number of drugs and see if there are any problems mixing them.
