Yeast?: There are many possible explanations, but the most common is a vaginal yeast (thrush) infection. Youry an over-the-counter vaginal cream or suppository with active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, several others). A chemist can advise you. Choose the least expensive -- they all work well. See your doctor if the symptoms don't clear up in a few days.
