My answer: Something is interfering with your working, playing, loving others, or generally doing what you want with your life -- and that something isn't outside factors, other people, or physical disease that a pathologist like me could demonstrate in the lab. Instead, it's patterns of thinking / perceiving / feeling / behaving that you recognize aren't who you want to be. Be brave. Be wise. Good luck.
