See a doctor: I would recommend being evaluated by a primary care provider as soon as possible, you can also take some acetaminophen and or ibuprofen( if there is no chance of pregnancy) over the counter as directed for some immediate relief, it may just be muscle strain, or it could also be a more serious condition, I hope this helps

Pain: Depends how long. A viral process can cause symptoms like that acutely. Should resolve. If these symptoms ongoing be seen.

Hi, i fell backwards down the stairs a few hours ago and I am experiencing a lot of pain in my ankle, knee, spine & neck. ?
