Urgent Care : Go to an Urgent Care center immediately & tell the staff your exam at the ER was not complete. I am not certain what type of assault you were victimized by from your brief description, but it sounds as if you may have had trauma to your head & other parts of your body. A complete physical exam & X-Rays should be done. A CT scan of your head may also be taken. I wish you well with your health!
