No problem: In general, paracetamol (also called acetaminophen) should be taken no more than 1 gram (2x500 mg) 4 times a day. But it's OK to take it irregularly over 24 hours -- i.e. it's OK if some doses are only 3-4 hours apart. This assumes no liver disease, in which case you should avoid it entirely.
