Its been happening for a few months now and its mostly in my right ear. im not sure what to do to stop it or why its happening. any suggestions?

Ear: The most common cause for ear problem causing noises would be a middle ear effusion. This can be from fluid in the middle ear or some type of obstruction to the ear canal either infection or wax. Eustacian tube dysfunction possible too.
