Some thoughts...: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc. Over-the-counter options include Tylenol (acetaminophen) Motrin, Advil, Aleve, Excedrin Migraine and their generic brands. A bad or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache or one that won't go away should be examined by a doctor.

Headache: Headaches can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include lack of sleep, an incorrect eyeglass prescription, stress, loud noise exposure, or tight headwear.

Agree with other doc: Would need more info togive a more detailed opinion.you state in the back of head and mentioned difficult to sleep. If mostly at night when you are laying down, could it be the way that you are sleeping or the pillow that you are using.Change your position and lay on side, put a pillow between your knees as well as change the pillow that you are using.
