Ulcer: Ulcers can be recurrent. Adrenlin may be helpful in the event of a bleeding ulcer, however, it is not currative. If H.PYlori present antibiotic course can be curative. Most ulcers need 4 to 6 weeks of PPI therapy to resolve medically.
