Why do i have pain going all the way down rny right arrn? its been going on for a rnonth or two, no chest pains, i do have arthritis issues so why?

Arm pain: Any pain, especially in arm, needs to be diagnosed by your doctor. Beyond that, you may have a pinched nerve in the neck which creates pain in the arm. Your doctor will tell you and treat accordingly, perhaps w/physical therapy. Peace and good health.
