Stress & menses: Yes, stress can disrupt menstrual cycles. They can be longer, shorter, or even stopped. Please know there is help for stress problems though -- you can start with your primary care physician. Also, since stress is far from the only cause of menstrual irregularity, visiting your doctor is a good idea anyway.
