A member asked:

Can stress cause your period to be late? and if so how long? i am 21 and i am getting really worried

Yes: Any source of stress whether physical, emotional or psychological, can delay your period. You may skip a period completely and then start a new cycle a month later. If you are not using any method of birth control or if there is any chance of pregnancy, please see your doctor.
