See/call your OB: Doctor, it can still be a viral infection, but given that you are pregnant, you need to be evaluated. Meanwhile, plain acetaminophen may help, unless contraindicated, don't exceed recommended dosage and duration, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
