Light "periods" ?: Unless you are under stress (heavy exercise, job or emotional stress) which can explain very light "bleeding" due to delayed ovulation and not truly menstrual in nature, and pregancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain. If negative, consider trying low dose oral bcps (if not contraindications).
