Toe injury: If dried blood under the toenail is causing significant throbbing pain, you could try applying warm compresses to liquify the dried blood and then, if necessary, have a hole drilled into the nail by a physician so that the blood could be removed. There is no specific treatment for a toe fracture other than taping it to the next toe. See a podiatrist for evaluation,advice and treatment as needed
