B complex!: Vitamin B5 deficiency is very rare because it is found in nearly all foods. A very high dose of Vit B5 for example, of 10-20 gms a day, may cause diarrhea & increase the risk of bleeding. If vitamin B5 is taken as a supplement it can cause an imbalance in other B vitamins so it is preferable to take a B complex vitamin. You should take this after eating, with water. I wish you well!
