Part of dx: BPD is complex, seeing a naturopath could give u more options regarding treatment. Meds are often helpful, it might be that you just need a bigger dose of quetiapine, irritability is a cor part of most bipolar disorders, an additional medicaton prescribed by a psychiatrist familiar with treatment of BPD might be good, always talk to your prescriber about concerns and a 2nd opinion if often good.
