I am diagnosis with bipolar disorder and taking quetiapine from past 2 years and i would like to know why i m so angry, irritated cant handle myself ?

Referral: There are no biological markers used for the diagnosis of bipolar disorder or the other psychiatric disorders & the diagnoses are subjective. And Quetiapine, like the other psychiatric drugs, has a myriad of possible dangerous side effects. Among the possible side effects are changes in your mood & thoughts of suicide. I therefore suggest you see a Naturopathic physician as soon as possible.

Part of dx: BPD is complex, seeing a naturopath could give u more options regarding treatment. Meds are often helpful, it might be that you just need a bigger dose of quetiapine, irritability is a cor part of most bipolar disorders, an additional medicaton prescribed by a psychiatrist familiar with treatment of BPD might be good, always talk to your prescriber about concerns and a 2nd opinion if often good.
