Not a question: Any injury? If not, you can apply some heat and gently massage the area. This could be as simple as shin splints. However, if there was an injury or it doesn't go away quickly or if you develop redness, swelling, or a feeling of heat there, you should be seen for several possible conditions more dangerous than muscle pain.
