Groin pain: May be nerve, meralgia parasthetica or sciatica, which may be worse when lying down (try a pillow under your legs). if not allergic or with ulcers try aleve (naproxen) 1-2 tabs twice a day, warm bath. In the older individual we are concerned about masses both ovarian, or lesions in the spien causing the issues as well as clots so would f/u with ER today for d-dimer/ dopplers possible CT
