Bumpy itchy rash on hand and arms started on monday been putting hydrocortisone but doesnt do much looks bumpy and lil on one cluster on other ?

Exam needed: A physician or dermatologist would have to inspect this type of rash in order to make a diagnosis. It could be an allergic dermatitis or eczema. Continue hydrocortisone but try an ointment instead of cream. Take an antihistamine like benadryl(can cause drowsiness) or claritin(nondrowsy) to relieve itching until examined.
