I take luvox cr 250 at 10pm..my dr says i can take 150 at pm and 100 in morning because of short half life....is this accurate..your thoughts?

Pharmacist: If you are still using the controlled release from of luvox, I would double check with your prescribing physician or,better still, with your pharmacist to see if it can be given in divided doses. Plain luvox can, and the larger of the 2 doses should be taken at bedtime.
