I take luvox (fluvoxamine) at night and feel lethargic during the day. should i take it in the morning instead?

Luvox (fluvoxamine) lethargy: Luvox (fluvoxamine) itself can cause a feeling of sedation, tiredness, or lethargy. Taking it in the morning could make this worse during the day. Luvox: I agree with Dr. Pappas. Additionally, if you are taking more than a 100 mg dose of Luvox then the dose should be split. Luvox may cause somnolence in up to 27% of people. So taking it in the morning may cause you to feel more tired during the day. Please let your doctor know.
