Just count from 3/22: Congratulations on the upcoming cute little one. The way to count pregnancy weeks is to start from the first day of the last menstrual period, which would be March 22, in this question. March 22 was the Friday seven weeks ago, so the number of weeks pregnant is seven (7). Ovulation would have been about 5 weeks ago, and conception about 4.5 weeks ago. Pregnancy dates are estimates.
