Moist heat: Some of these will respond to a warm moist heat by increasing blood flow which brings natural body defenses to the site. However if the outer lid becomes swollen, red & the redness extends outward you may need to be seen & prescription meds added. Sometimes the doc needs to lance this from the inside to allow the pus ball to be removed & healing procede.
