Better Not, : you already have a potential interaction between arcoxia (cox-2 inhibitor) and prexum (perindopril, ACE inhibitor), affecting blood pressure control, adding tramadol/ acetaminophen combination will interact with all the medications you are on affecting their therapeutic effects/increasing possibility serious side effects.Keep good follow-up with your prescriber, exercise caution with multiple meds
