Seek medical: it is not uncommon for uncircumcised men to get bacterial infection of inflammation under the foreskin. This can be related to fungal, bacterial or sexual infection. If you have had unprotected sexual intercourse or recent oral sex, I suggest exam and testing. I suggest gentle cleaning of any debris accumulated under the foreskin, using gentle soap, warm water and a Q-Tip.
