Vaginal numbness ?: Aside from spinal injuries , there is minimal reason to experience vaginal numbness, with the exception perhaps of long distance bicycle riding or horseback riding (dressage, etc.). Pelvic pain can arise from numerous causes: pelvic infection or endometriosis can certainly cause this.
