Good day, i have recently just started gyming, when i do stomach exercises i usually get really painful stomach cramps. i feel as if my insides are being pulled.

Gym and Cramps: Please make sure your health is ok to do the workouts you do by seeing your doctor. If cleared, a trainer at the gym can create a program just for you. Also, be careful not to right eat before or after workouts. Peace and good health.
