I been taking zantac for few months, stopped it, been having itching and now burning feet and leg cramps, could this be related to not taking it.

The other way around: It may be due to the zantac itself, not to you stopping it, or may be another problem. Zantac may can cause vitamin B 12 deficiency if taken for periods, although rare, which can produce symptoms you described, you may want to check with your doctor for more history and comprehensive evaluation, best wishes
