Nonspecific: Such fleeting symptoms are quite nondiagnostic. A physician would have to take a thorough history and system review, perform a physical examination and,if deemed advisable, order appropriate tests in order to make a differential diagnosis. I suspect a nonserious cause such as an irritable superficial nerve or abdominal muscle or mild colon spasms. If concerned, for peace of mind see your physician

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If the pain persists or gets worse, see your doctor. If you are constipated taking fiber laxative and increasing your water intake may help.
