Psychological?: After such in-person diagnostic efforts and attempts at treatment, no distant forum can come up with answers based only on such a brief description. Keep working with your doctor(s). Almost certainly not an infection, given no response to cipro. Such problems often are psychological -- anxiety etc magnifying minor symptoms or normal body sensations. Google chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS).
