A member asked:

My son just turned 1 and we have changed formula from nan optipro 2 to optipro 3. he appears to be constipated but small runny poops are coming out now. what is better, nido growing milk, cows milk, optipro 3 or parmalat growing milk?

You decide: Any benefits of a formula product fade as the child passes a year and acquires a diet diverse in content. Milk supplies the calcium they need for bone growth along wit fat content needed for brain growth. The other items in formula are found in the variety of fruit/vegetables/meats that are part of a good diet. I consider the "grow-up" formulas more an advertising gimmick than a need.
