I recently noticed anal fissure. do not engage in anal sex, i heard hpv can be a reason for the fissures. can hpv of the cervix cause the anal fissure?

Wouldn't think so: Anal fissures are common & usually reflect hard or bulky stools or stools that pass too fast. HPV is a site specific germ & if there is no anal sex (which can cause fissures) there is little reason to expect HPV would be there.
