3mth post op fasciotomy (foot drop): i'm achieving some dorsiflexion with legs extended but it is reduced as leg approach 90 degree angle. why?

?foot drop: Firstly this is rare after a fasciotomy. See the doctor who did the fasciotomy. Secondly was the fasciotomy done under local? Also was a tourniquet used and if so where was it placed? Thirdly was local anesthetic given to specific nerves to the foot?
