Cellulitis: If he course was for 10 days probably further treatment not necessary. The knots are likely lymph nodes. I would anticipate these to go away with time.

Agree with Dr. H: If the inciting event for cellulitis has been resolved, you should be well on your way to recovery. If obesity was one of the contributing factors, losing weight is imperative to prevent recurrence and promote healing.
