Very unlikely but...: One can try calling around to imaging centers (MRI Radiology centers) to ask. First, reading an MRI is a very specialized skill that only a small subset of doctors have, mainly radiologists. Furthermore, some radiologists read many MRI's in their daily work, while others read few. While there are usually "free" primary care clinics paid for by charity or taxes, I haven't heard of free MRI reviews.
