Saltwater nose rinse: The blockage could be swollen sinus opening (like a crowded doorway) or something blocking your sinus opening (like old sticky snot). Either way, salt water nose rinses by neti pot or spray bottles like neil med may help you.

Stuck in Nose: You have what ents call a nasal crust stuck in your nose. Some people call these boogers. Rinse with saline mist, i often suggest simply saline. Still no response, take a long, hot shower. Still no response, see you local ent. We love to suck out noses.
