What pathogen besides herpes can cause many tiny clear blisters on hard palate, uvula & in throat? hard palate is yellowish, sore, has petechiae and throat is often inflamed. 6 months now, unremitting. or chronic herpes bc of other pathogen involved?

Oral ulcers ?: Canker sores can cause what you describe. The ulcers are painful, with no known cause, but are associated with nutritional and vitamins deficiencies. See your physician for an exam and a recommendation for a diet change.
