Some basics: Infants have lots of rashes that overlap in their appearance. The kids pediatrician is often able to sort these out & help decide whether & what treatments would be wise. Some of these infant rashes are related to hormones they were exposed to during pregnancy & will disappear by 3 months with no treatment. Schedule a visit.
