Need more info: CRP may be elevated due to any inflammation, e.g. pneumonia, rheumatoid arthritis, and bacterial infections. Protein in urine is an indication of kidney disease, e.g. glomerulonephritis. Commonest causes of protein in urine are diabetes and high blood pressure. Talk to the doctor who ordered these tests as s/he knows more about your health.

Protein in urine : I agree with Dr Singh. There are common issues that cause temporary protein in the urine. When a CRP is elevated that could be an infection which can also cause protein in the urine. Protein in the urine can be from exercise or fever. It is best you talk to your doctor who may repeat the test, which sometimes shows it can return to normal. Persistent protein in the urine needs more testing.
