Chest burning: If you're young and have no risk factors for heart disease, your symptoms may be caused by an inflamed esophagus. However if chest discomfort is persistent, brought on by exertion, accompanied by shortness of breath, sweating, arm radiation, coronary artery blockage needs to be checked for. I urge you to head to the hospital emergency room for prompt evaluation.
