I have been very emotional and i sometimes cry with no reason. i have thought of taking my life but because i have kids i always manage to face another day. i am always tired and dont feel like doing or going to work , what can i do to be normal?

Short/long term: First get in contact with your personal support group. A friend, parent, pastor, etc. to help you work through the day and day ahead. Then contact your doc & arrange a visit or see if s/he has a suggestion for a life coach/therapist/psychologist so you can do some work. If you feel numb, or would do something self destructive go to the ER.
