A member asked:

Hard deep and fixed mass in posterior left upper neck. is it possible to have a vertebrae's transverse process bigger than the other? rarely painful

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes, but exam needed: Yes it is possible to have asymmetry I’m bone size. But...if you have a large, fixed and hard neck mass, an exam is a must to rule out other scary possibilities. Good luck!
