Unlikely : However, if the dose is high for your body and your blood pressure drops too low or your heart rate drops then you may feel this come in as nausea: hypotension and bradycardia. Hi to your doctor for a repeat blood pressure with pulse and review of your medication and diet review. Check your electrolytes to double check you sodium and potassium levels are ok too. Check magnesium if potassium is low
