Only 1 teeny spot by nose,looks like dry skin/scab-like,..falls off,comes back.dr. looked,says early mild inverted follicular keratosis.what is that?

Non-healing ulcer: A basal cell carcinoma needs to be excluded. You should see your doctor to ascertain if the lesion needs to excised and tissue sent to a pathologist for examination.
