Report/likely not: It is likely you had the same infection as a kid (most do) & are immune, making it no threat to your baby. Even if you have it there is little data present to define the risk. A similar virus, parvovirus B19 ( the trigger to Fifth disease) has some implications if acquired in pregnancy but to this point we have no data suggesting bocavirus does. I would simply report this to your OBGYN .
