No risk, not HIV: Your partner would not be on preexposure prophylaxis (PrEP) if he had HIV. Even there were some sort of mistake and he has HIV, the PrEP would have suppressed it and prevented transmission of the virus. You definitely are not at risk for HIV from this exposure. In addition, "stomach flu symptoms" (e.g., nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) do not suggest a new HIV infection. No worries!
