Back pain: Follow up with sports med orthopedist get xray /MRI of spine may be mild scoliosis / spinal bifida occulta / par defect cogential stenosis/ Chiari causing pain ( I have seen that) . Would check HLA-type as ankylosing spondylitis-arthritis is associated with HLA B27 it is more common in males -usually is noted in the 20's, rarely can be Tarlov cysts. Also consider rheumatology/ PT f/u
